NEW CALL CENTER SURVEY LAUNCHES ALLIANCE BETWEEN VDC AND CCNG

Natick, Massachusetts and Southlake, TX (March 15, 2002) - Venture Development Corporation and CCNG International have announced an alliance to promote growth and understanding within and beyond the call center community. Toward this goal CCNG has agreed to co-sponsor VDC's proposed "Survey of U.S. Contact Center Executives: Market Direction for Multiple Channel and Other Call Center Technologies."
